Beach Bubbles does not require that any product(s) be returned in order to receive a refund. The customer keeps the product(s). No exchanges.
Beach Bubbles will refund any customer who receives their product(s) and is not satisfied. This refund will be for the dollar value of the product(s) less the shipping. Beach Bubbles will refund the customer 100% (product(s) plus shipping) if the product does not arrive or arrives damaged. The refund request must submitted within 30 calendar days of the customer receiving the product(s). Beach Bubbles will also refund the customer 100% if the customer changes their mind and sends a cancellation request within 24 hours.
The pieces of art for sale online within the Art Gallery/Gift Shoppe (currently just WoodBe Art) cannot be returned. No exchanges.
The pieces of art for sale online within the Art Gallery/Gift Shoppe (currently just WoodBe Art) are all final sale. No refunds. Only in the event that a piece of art arrives in the mail damaged or does not arrive at all, will the customer receive a 100% refund.
*The customer must fill out a Refund/Cancellation Request Form to begin the refund request process. Squires Seaside Trading Company LTD will begin working on your refund request within a few business days and will contact you via email to alert you as to the status of the refund.
